This policy allows CAREY VIP Chauffeured Services to be fully prepared to meet all your needs.
Written Confirmation
We will always send written confirmation of your reservation to make sure all the details of your trip are as you wish.
Economical
We charge by the vehicle, not by the number of passengers. This makes CAREY VIP more economical for many groups. We do not combine passenger of different groups and we do not make multiple stops.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled more than 12 hours prior to scheduled pick up time will not be charged.Reservations cancelled between 2 and 12 hours prior to scheduled pick up time will be charged for half of their reserved time.
Reservations cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled pick up time will incur full charge.
Off Hours Fee
Any reservation where initial pick-up is after 11 PM and before 6:30am will carry an additional 10% charge. This fee goes to the chauffeur, who is beginning his/her work day at an off time, not to the company.
Wait Time
Because we know that airline flights can be delayed, your CAREY Chauffeur will wait for you or your arriving guest for ½ hour at no charge. Any additional wait time will be billed at one-half the hourly rate.If we are notified that a flight will be delayed before the chauffeur leaves our building, we can reschedule at no charge. Otherwise, the wait time policy applies.
